WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept CODs, personal checks or money orders.

CAN I CANCEL OR ADJUST MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.

MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

• First, verify your shipping address to ensure that is correct.
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
• Please be sure to check the outer perimeter of your home as most courier services place shipments in discreet areas for your safety. Also, be sure to check with your neighbors or family members as they may have received it on your behalf.
• If your order was marked as “delivered” please wait 48 hours - sometimes delivered packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
• If you still cannot locate your package please reach out to the carrier.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and your order details. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and your order details.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that during peak promotions, there may be additional time needed for order processing.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please login to your account to access your order status. To track your order, click on the tracking number.

WHERE ARE KRISTIN ESS HAIR PRODUCTS MADE?

Kristin Ess Hair haircare products and holiday kits are manufactured in the US.

Kristin Ess Hair tools and accessories are manufactured in China.

IS THE KRISTIN ESS BRAND CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes, Kristin Ess is a cruelty-free brand and we’re committed to being cruelty free. This means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. We are proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free by PETA’s Caring Consumer program.

ARE THE INGREDIENTS SAFE?

At Kristin Ess Hair, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. All ingredients are listed for each product on their individual product page.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes! Our products are gluten free.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

We do have products that are vegan! If a product is vegan it will be listed on its individual product page. For products that are not listed as vegan, please reach out to our team at customerservice@kristinesshair.com and we can confirm their status.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHEN PREGNANT OR NURSING?

While we do not test products on pregnant women, all our products are in compliance with the rules and regulations set by the US FDA and use ingredients at safe levels as determined by the Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR). We would recommend all women who are pregnant/nursing consult with their physician before using any personal care product.

HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All products have a shelf life of 3 years.

Promotions/Discounts

Do you offer any promotions or discounts?

Yes! We occasionally offer special promotions. Please be sure to sign up to receive our newsletter. You will be the first to know of any upcoming promotions. Please note that any applicable discount or gift with purchase will be reflected in your shopping cart before checkout, and discounts cannot be combined.

Can I add a promo code after my order has been submitted? (I forgot to add my promo code)

Promo codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed, or applied to a previous purchase. The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order. You must be logged into your account to apply the code to your order.

Can I combine promo codes on my order?

No, only one promo code can be used per order, and in some cases codes may only be redeemed once.

The promotion ended, can I still use my code?

All promo codes are available for a limited time and while supplies last. Expired codes are no longer valid and cannot be used. Promotional codes have no cash value.

Do you offer samples?
